Hassan Gunay
Chief Executive Officer and Owner
Hassan founded Amber Construction Services Ltd in 2001 as a roofing contractor and has overseen the growth of the business. He continues to drive the business forward, supporting our senior team with a commitment to service excellence.
Simon Lacey
Managing Director
Simon joined Amber in 2021 bringing a wealth of knowledge and 30 years industry experience.
Hassan and Simon’s values are aligned in building on Amber’s successes as a people focussed contractor of choice. Simon will utilise his previous 12 years experience as a Managing Director of a Tier 1 contractor to enhance our growth and rounded delivery offering.
Helen John
HR Director
Since 2003, Helen has helped grow the business with Hassan, shaping and managing all levels of HR and finance responsibilities.
In 2021, Helen was promoted to Human Resources Director overseeing our growing team, supporting wellbeing and training.
Bill Watts
Construction Director
With a wealth of experience and knowledge managing large scale refurbishment projects across London and the South East, Bill oversees our delivery teams to meet and exceed client expectations whilst championing safety on site.
Robert Motley
Commercial Director
Robert joined Amber in 2017 to head up the commercial delivery of Ambers projects, working alongside Bill to offer cost effective solutions for our clients and maximise supply chain engagement for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Gary Case
Business Development Director
Joining Amber in 2017, Gary has been building the forward thinking pipeline of opportunity for the business and navigating the market place to ensure Amber are in consideration for the right projects now and for the future.
Adrian Atkinson
Head of Estimating
Adrian has been with the business since 2016 and is a significant part of our growth, helping Amber to secure a healthy long term pipeline of project awards, ensuring a rounded approach to cost management and supply chain engagement.
Aydin Gunay
Head of Roofing
Aydin has followed in his father’s footsteps demonstrating entrepreneurial skills in shaping our roofing division, with a clear focus on customer care, service delivery and innovative solutions.
Aydin manages our in-house roofing teams of approved installers and works alongside our accredited supply chain partners/manufacturers.
Jonas Siauciunas
Operations Manager
With over 18 years experience delivering successfully in his previous role for a Tier 1 contractor, Jonas joined Amber to manage the overall day to day operations on all Amber projects.
Jonas works closely with our teams ensuring we are delivering to a high standard and exceeding client expectations.
Judith Bilson
Health, Safety & Environmental Manager
Since 2003 Judith has developed her career in Safety Management becoming an trusted expert at a Tier 1 contractor. Judith joined Amber in 2021 to spearhead our safety and environmental focus across our business activities.
Every project and site is monitored and evaluated by Judith and her team to ensure that we are keeping the public, residents and our team safe.
Claire Roe
Financial Controller
Claire has over 20 years experience in finance, with 6 years as Financial Director for a Tier 1 contractor.
Claire joined Amber in 2021 to further support our Senior Management Team offering her financial expertise and experience, safeguarding Amber’s future.
