The Works

The full scope of works to each property was subject to surveys which we carried out during mobilisation, including all resident consultation and colour/design choices, validations, heating calculations, Asbestos surveys, kitchen designs and electrical surveys.

With a Pilot Phase carried out to agree Quality Benchmark Standards before commencing the main phase of delivery, Amber Construction delivered works to various properties located across Surrey, Slough, South and East London.

The full scope of works consisted of:

  • Kitchen refurbishment
  • Bathroom and WC refurbishment including level access bathrooms/wet rooms
  • Electrical upgrades
  • Fire Door upgrades/replacement within Kitchens
  • Alarm system upgrades – property heat and smoke alarms
